Neighborhood Noodle is a pop-up Ramen concept by husband and wife team Ian and Emily Shore. They met while working in California at a Japanese restaurant and brought their love for the food and culture back to Vermont. They thoughtfully utilize all that Vermont farms have to offer which they blend with Japanese traditions and their fresh handmade noodles and dumplings. Having them in the Neighborhood for a taste very foreign to Vermont is an experience not to be missed. For this dinner expect Japanese comfort food to warm your soul on a chilly September Night. First enjoy Kushiyaki while you peruse the gardens followed by family style plates featuring vegetables from Rootin Tootin Acres. Next your own steaming bowl of ramen to warm you up made with handmade noodles and pork from the farm.
