Purchase Policy:

Due to the nature of our events we can not offer ticket refunds. We are more than happy to transfer tickets to a friend or family member before the day of event. Please contact us at info@rootintootinacres.com with the new guest’s information 24 hours prior to the event. In the case of the event being postponed due to weather or other circumstances, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date. If you can not make said new date please contact us.

With advanced notice we will do our best to accommodate guests request for vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options. You will be given the opportunity to enter this information during check out if this applies to you or your party. If we can not arrange these options for you, we will be in touch asap.
